Replace koa with a more modern web framework

What feature is it?

I am not sure which one to switch to now, it could be Hono or Nest.

What problem does this feature solve?

Koa, claiming to be the next generation web framework, but obviously it has not kept up with the times. It has not been well maintained and has not followed new trends such as Multi-runtime and TypeScript.

This is not a duplicated feature request or new RSS proposal
