补充：up的默认收藏夹已经公开

目前为了使用，再次后台更新公开UP收藏夹后，收藏夹可以使用rsshub访问。

但是目前使用cookie的情况下，无法访问自己的不公开收藏夹。

经过测试可以用 Cookie 访问自己的非公开收藏夹，无法访问可能是因为 Cookie 过期了
