这个网址我试过，与原来的oversea网址获取数据的方式不一样了，无法获取到信息，最后不得已才更换为国内的网址。

但是这个路由是我两三个月之前修改好的，期间一直在使用，直到最近才有时间提交PR。然而，如果您发现CNKI已经有所改动，并且可以通过该链接获取到条目信息的话，欢迎提交PR。

我后续会提交限制地区区域的使用注明。

似乎现在国外访问会被统一跳转到 (chn.)oversea.cnki.net，所以在 PR #12949 之后通过海外 VPS 搭建的会报错？ 我另一台位于欧洲的 VPS 搭建（时间刚好早于该 PR 合并）的 RSSHub 仍能正常输出知网 RSS
