Any updates on this? Would also love an english version of the app. I would be happy to contribute to the translation.

Something that's not directly related to the translation but would also need to be updated are the reference links to the documentation for each supported route. For example https://docs.rsshub.app/social-media.html should become https://docs.rsshub.app/en/social-media.html.
