移动端无法获取hls的video.duration导致直播暂停或缓冲出错时无法实时追帧到最新画面

比如直播过程中暂停十秒再播放，仍旧是从10秒前开始播放，这样无形中就多延迟了10s,而视频stalled之类也会导致延迟累增。而不像pc端一样会自动追帧到最新的video.duration。
