Example Meters plugin leaks memory on Windows

Built the basic meters example in VS2022, and tried again with mingw to rule out something with MSVC

On every close/open of the plugin UI window in Bitwig (5.1.9) it seems to allocate ~50MB of ram and only frees about 4MB on close of the UI
