Add the `Tuner` tag to AudioToCVPitch.

Audio To CV Pitch can:

• take in audio and output a voltage (similar to CV funk's Tuner), and
• can also transpose the pitch by several octaves (similar to 21kHz's D∞).

Because of this, Audio To CV Pitch could be given the Tuner tag.
