Description:

When using the Meander module (Meander PS-PurrSoftware plugin V2.0.35) on Windows, selecting the values 8 or 16 for the "Notes On" knob results in the display of 7 and 15 respectively. Additionally, when these values are set, notes are note generated.

There is no issue with values 1, 2, 4, or 32, which behave as expected.

Steps to Reproduce:

Open the Meander module in Cardinal (Windows version). Try to set one of the "Notes On" knob to 8 or 16. Observe that the displayed values are 7 and 15. Observe that notes are generated where it should be. Save the patch and reopen it in VCVRack. The correct values (8 or 16) are displayed and the notes are generated.

Expected Behavior:

The knob should display the correct values (8 or 16). The corresponding notes should be generated.

Actual Behavior:

The knob displays 7 and 15 instead of 8 and 16. No notes are generated when these values are selected.

Additional Information:

This issue does not occur in the live version of Cardinal. It appears to be specific to the Windows version of the plugin. A complete fresh reinstall has been done. Windows 10 Pro 64 bits
