Updated VCV Rack base
Description
As of 24.12 (and the current source code, I checked in master), Cardinal is compatible with VCV Rack 2.4.
However, there are some things introduced in later Rack versions, for example the C4v (and so on) constants for directly specifying the note voltage in 1V/Oct.
It would be great to get these in Cardinal too!
This is still on the todo, you didn't have to open a ticket for it though.
We will get to it when we get to it.
There are some changes that have quite an impact (like the multiple cables to a single input) and need some specific care as well. Things are not as simple as just updating the Rack commit.
I'm a month late lol; this also means we shouldn't expect some of the newer modules or updates to at least some modules until the sdk is updated, since some of them want the latest sdk
must be why Cardinal fails to build with an update to computerscare, since it wants to use the latest sdk...
