Description

Fresh install of Cardinal.

Right-clicking on any module and choosing User Manual has no effect. Neither does CMD + Fn + F1 or CMD + F1.

Neither does Help > Product Page, Help > User Manual or Help > User Folder.

My default web browser is Google Chrome.
