Cardinal Text Editor doesn't support input of non-US characters

Description

I can't enter non-US characters (for example ÅÄÖ) into the Text Editor, but I can paste them.

Rack 2.6.1 has a patch for Unicode text input that might fix this: https://github.com/VCVRack/Rack/blob/v2/CHANGELOG.md#261-2025-03-14

We are currently still based on 2.4.1
