Steps to reproduce:

1. Place the text editor module, then resize to make it smaller
2. Place modules to the left and right of the text editor
3. Save as / Export the preset
4. Open / Import the same preset

You will notice that the modules you placed next to the text editor will have shifted to either the left or right, depending on whether you resized the text editor window from the left or right.

For context I've been using the text editor as resizable blank panel, since as of 22.10 Cardinal lacks one.
