Cardinal 22.07 VST3 not found by Bitwig 4.0.7 in periphere Folder

All VST Versions running good from any Folder i drop except VST3 (in my case my Plugin folder X:\My-Folder\Pool\Plugins). VST3 v22.07 was not found in this Folder...and i thought 22.02 does?! Anyways

So i drop it into the C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\Cardinal-win64-22.07

I re-index the Plugins via DAW and also start the DAW again (several times) but it was not detected.

So i copy the vst2 in X:\My-Folder\Pool\Plugins and there it is.

Okay...so i will test that Keyboard issue #304 and drop the results...
