Host Params Map Module: in Reaper, the smooth setting causes a lot of knob jumping

noticing this on both 64b and 32b vst2i build #1085. if i move the param knob even just a little bit it freaks out. i think it could be related to my sample block settings, that need to be 4096 to run many instances of cardinal without hickups. not sure if this is a reaper related issue or something within cardinal (or both?)

@offthesky is this still a problem on latest Cardinal (23.10) and latest Reaper (7.01) ?
