Really neat sequencing/logic/trigger modules. with fancy dark panels!

Based on the Via line of eurorack modules

This one needs custom work for file dialogs. There are some binary files on the resources, need to check what they are for.

Yes, there are indeed some kind of sequencing patterns and note scales in binary format.

There are quite some issues regarding unitialized values, as can be seen by the CI test failure https://github.com/DISTRHO/Cardinal/actions/runs/8498350196/job/23277958605?pr=173#step:7:8619

Also 2 extra "Mismatched free() / delete / delete []"

We need to fix those before merging.
