Issues with OpenSearch/Elastic based types and dashboards

I noticed that the ES documents in the service monitoring index have a field CpuPercentage that can have values larger than 100 (up to 624.431 in my short investigation). This makes that the visualisation 'CpuUsage by Service (ServiceMonitoring)' has percentages that don't make sense.
