Purchased items from OF not downloading

I've noticed with one particular user, their content is not being pulled. Today, I purchased from the main page, a video and I can see it when I go to the Purchased tab in messages, and still on their accounts home page, but the Scrapper is not finding it.

What information can I provide to drill into how these videos might be getting missed?

Using the latest version of the scrapper with the fixes for the Refresh Page issue we saw arise a day or two ago.

That probably means that the creator in question has activated the DRM option in their settings which afaik has yet to be broken by Digitalcriminals.

I had some success downloading those videos one at a time with another much more manual tool but even that stopped working recently. I suppose they "upgraded" their DRM type.

Thanks for the reply, and I could see that being the case. How is everyone else on the platform not doing this atm tho? I used another utility and it saw the file, and downloaded it but it was just green/black, etc. The worst case would be a screen cap, no?
