PR Description
Completely new viewer !
Note sure if it compiles due to recent main2.0 merge, but I will fix it later. I submit the PR now so you can start reviewing the code.
The only thing missing is to update code in all tutorials to use new viewer.

@dcoeurjo Codacy tells me that it can not find <iostream>, <string>, <optional>, ... Any idea as to why, and how to fix this ?
Otherwise, gh actions are fine, Linux is failing because of DGtalTools, waiting for your approval.
