Stonesense Ideas and Plans

Mostly having this as a general design doc for Stonesense, a way for me to keep track of all my thoughts and ideas even when I'm doing something else.

Current Ideas and plans:

• [ ] Merge UserInput.cpp and Keybinds.cpp. This would mean we dont need to put the action_X functions in the UserInput header
• [ ] Info sidepanel GUI for displaying various things like announcements, keybinds, debug info, etc. Would be toggle-able and would not cover anything in Stonesense, instead it would make the render area smaller to accommodate.
