New script: gui/autofarm

Fixes DFHack/dfhack#2126 Depends on DFHack/dfhack#2147 for the new EditField autofocus logic.

Depends on changes to the autofarm plugin that @ab9rf is working on. The code in this PR uses stub implementations that will defer to the real implementations once they become available.
