Caravans will not finish packing everything up

DFhack timestream and fastdwarf is enabled.

I can always trade successfully but the merchant will never finish packing up the things I sold them.

In rare blue moon I can caravan extend 2x in a row ( needs atleast 13 days left ) and caravan leave.

most likely there is a caravan-related timer that timestream isn't accounting for
