[Feature Request] Tool to mark cavern walls with mining blueprints to prevent automining breaches

When I (typically accidentally) breach the caverns, I will then paint all of the walls of the cavern in mining blueprints; this prevents any dwarves who are automining ore/gems from digging through the blueprinted walls and opening new breaches into the caverns. A DFHack tool to automate this would be pretty handy. :)
