clean specific types of spatter

In the "clean" command, it appears the "item" option removes leaves and flowers. I believe it also removes fruit. Is there a way to remove only leaves? or only blood?

#4949 separates tree spatter from blood/vomit, but doesn't let you choose, e.g., leaves specifically.
