Suggestion: add any type of text to speech assistance

Add text to speech implementation. I tried myself, but couldn’t figure it out. I suppose you will need to create a C+ plus or python program to assist and adding functionality to a TTS program.

Reason for requesting this: there is so much to learn about your dwarves why not learn about them so instead of pausing to read and have a TTS program read it for you while the game is unpaused.

Optimally I would like TTS implementation all done within the game.

Yup you’re right I already created one though. Going to continue tweaking the program.

What I mean is that we can merge the issues. I would suggest continuing discussion there.
