GUI language_name editor

GUI script to edit a language_name. Should supply target object via parameter like gui/gm-editor does. Should preview name in English, optionally show dwarvish, etc. Should be able to search for words like DF's naming interface.

Possible integration into gui/gm-editor.

Could use DF's existing interface, but it looks like that might be too much effort.
