View/edit/copy/import/export military uniforms

Title is self-explanatory I think? addendum: if too complicated/long to implement, then hopefully at least edit could be implemented - there's nothing worse than setting up a nice uniform with all the bells and whistles and then forgetting to toggle "replaces clothing" >_<
