The command: full-heal -all_citizens -r aren`t revive the citizens, pls fix it <3

could you zip up your savegame where you're having this problem and upload it to the cloud so we can use it to test a fix? Which units, specifically, are you expecting to be revived?

I wasn't using a specific save, I was just playing with the commands and I realized that this command was no longer working, I tested with other maps and the problem persisted, and this has been the case for 2 updates, but I was only able to send a message via github. However the command " full-heal --all_civ -r " works, only " --all_citizens -r " which has a bug
