when you rename a stockpile, if it matches an existing/saved one, then the settings would be automatically imported

after rename, we could do a quick scan to see if there's anything with the same name we can import. We can pop up a dialog to confirm/select which to import. maybe also offer options like whether to copy give to/take from settings

I'd rather have a button that allows you to select a stockpile to copy settings from, like the give/take box
