Allow autodump to dump forbidden and unforbidden items simultaneously

Autodump won't dump forbidden items by default, and won't dump unforbidden items if the forbidden setting is used, resulting in the command needing to be used twice. There should be a setting that dumps both, or it should dump both by default and have an unforbidden setting to ignore forbidden items.

Looks like gui/autodump can't select items in buildings. It probably ought to now that we can dump them.
