Some levers and pressure plates not working with dfhack installed

I have the following setup:

1. Lever connected to a door
2. Lever connected to a raising bridge
3. Lever connected to a retracting bridge.
4. Pressure plate, repeatable, triggered by water, depth 0-6, connected to floodgate
5. Lever connected to that floodgate.

After installing dfhack, only the first two of those work. The others do nothing.

I've just installed an additional copy of Dwarf Fortress without dfhack, using the same saves, and all the above list are working correctly.

This is with df_47_05_win and dfhack-0.47.05-r6-Windows-64bit.

Which plugins do you have enabled? Can you upload a copy of your fortress somewhere (e.g. DFFD)?
