By save hanging

Thank you for reporting this behavior. We'll fix it in the upcoming update.

A quick workaround is to disable "editor.codeActionsOnSave" setting. (https://blog.devsense.com/2023/sort-uses-and-remove-unused-uses-on-php-file-save) Because it's only working as a premium feature.
