Updating to 3.0.6

I would like to try 3.0.6 but I am a bit afraid I will mess up my site just by downloading and unzipping it.

Is it possible to make the changes in the existing header, basic page, etc and adding the new chunks?

Yes, just look at the changes in GitHub and update those manually... I am working on a update solution, but am having issues.

At this time updates are not a good idea for live sites...

Hi Menno,

I updated Flexibility it functions but I ran in a few problems.

1. Calling getImageList cached so without exclamation mark, the slider doesn't function even after re-saving multiItemsGrid. I didn't put in the last corrections you made in 3.0.5 Maybe that is the problem, but I cannot find what changed there. Calling getImageList uncached the slider is there.
2. I have build in a member login. The menu does show the memberpages only after login. In mobile navigation the memberpages are visible, but they of course only function after login.
3. Making the screen smaller on a normal computer the mobile navigation shows up but doesn't function.

I was wrong about 2 and 3, it is functioning right now. Sorry.

But other strange things are happening. Extra subcontentboxes are added while in in the template variables they are set to zero, or just two etc. For now I put back the "old" header, basic page etc.

I made a local testsite and had the same problem with the sub content boxes.
