[BUG] Android - Send - Payment ID field shows error when empty even though it is optional

Tapping inside of the Payment ID field on the Pay screen, and then clicking outside of it without entering text, causes the field to display an error state.

  1. Launch Engram 0.5.2 on Android 13 (Pixel 4 XL)
  2. Login to an existing wallet
  3. Click 'Send'
  4. Tap inside the 'Payment ID' field
  5. Tap outside the 'Payment ID' field

RESULT: Field shows red error outline

EXPECTED: Field remains in standard state
