[HELP] Wallpaper Suddenly Blurred When Desktop Icons Are Enabled

I have disabled every visible extension as well as trying multiple desktop icon extensions.

It's fixed with the extension, Gtk4 Desktop Icons NG (DING), but that extention isn't as good as neo. That information may help solve the problem though.
