Added some small shields

Some shields for what users might want to find at the top of the readme. Using https://shields.io/

Hello, I've merged these to my fork. I have some questions. I am not sure if they are working correctly. https://github.com/vexorian/pseudotv

I wish the discord button would be a link to the discord, but I am curious about the online count, it shows 126, but to my knowledge it always shows 126. Even though according to discord we currently have 115 online. It could be that it updates every day. The docker pulls has the same issue, I am not sure how to verify the number of pulls being correct, specially because it's huge.

You can wrap the image markup in a link. I think shields.io has a definition of how these stats are calculated, but it also relies on the right fork being used. I'll check the implementation on your fork later
