flag to ignore unknown options

Was wondering if you're open to adding a flag to simply ignore unsupported flags/options. Related to #5 , gopass fails on some flags that are just security measures or speedups and not really change any input or output. With a flag to ignore all unknowns users can bruteforce more use cases. Of course this would come with a disclaimer.

I can have a go at implementing it.
