some sample files don't load?

I've had issues getting the images for the Salzinnes sample file to load. I get this, even after waiting what seems like a fairly long time:

Safari and firefox are having problems loading image for salzinnes. This is mainly because the images are too large. I will temporarily compress the sample images for salzinnes. But we need a better solution for handling large image files for these two browsers. For now, if the user needs to work with large image files, they can use chrome.
