Enhancement: Add Dependencies Feature

setting up dependencies between tasks would be great.

Hi! I already pulled the repo and I tried to implement it myself, however: No luck as of yet. I'm afraid I'm missing something obvious. I will create a fork and get back to you here to share my progress... :)
