WPP crashes when adding Microsoft 365 Apps

We tried to add Microsoft 365 Apps and WPP crashes when clicking on 'publish'. We added the setup.exe aside of the whole setup folder. As params we added "/parameter configuration-de.xml". We left everything else blank. After clicking on 'publish' the next window appears. In the title it says "no response" and the cursor gets an hourglass. After some seconds the WPP exits. Other installations with .msi-extension are working properly. Thank you for this great program btw :)
