PR requested by a user on Discord, this is a preview PR. Please let me know what would be required to merge this.

It doesn't touch core dcs-bios-arduino-library files except for introducing a conditional #include to activate the esp32-wifi features, and adds support for ESP32Servo with #ifdef ARDUINO_ARCH_ESP32. The esp32-wifi implementation has its own separate files for everything. Requires a server application available at https://github.com/DCSBIOSKit/DCS-Nexus/tree/net-wpf
