Revisit movies

While the engine supports playing movies (as cutscenes), there is some missing functionality for when they are used as animations:

• there's no looping support
• movies with transparency are not supported
• MOVIEWAIT might not be accurate to how it works in the original engine (it's implemented by a guess)
