temporarily change extract_abs_data to use the cleaned data in excel

currently using the raw data but it is cleaned in a funny way - the 5 digit sics have been manually mapped to smaller sics that are looked up from the "working file" sheet. don't have time to get in to this so just going to pull through the mapped and summarized version they have created.
