In n09op59-3_01 m. 113, the label after the key change says I64(7#4), but the #4 should be #2 (F# in an Eb chord). I find the label a bit strange generally, I would have interpreted this as an augmented chord on V, and in the beginning it's even just a V with the held-over F in the viola part.
