Too many obsolete branches in the repo

We currently have 20 or so branches in the repository, most of which are redundant as they have already been merged into master. The ones that have been merged, or PRd or are redundant should be deleted to prevent us all going crazy.

@habazut @grbba I've gone through and deleted the branches that are old and even or behind master, can you please go through each of your branches and delete the ones that are unused?
