Can you replace rtlsdr with hackrf one or limesdr?

Thank you for this excellent project. Due to the poor accuracy of rtlsdr, you replace rtlsdr with hackrf one or limesdr？

From my understanding the Matlab scripts do not care about the device used for sampling. It just cares about the data. Which just needs to be raw IQ data. Both of the platforms you mention allow for IQ Raw data collection.
