Removed background by macOS quick actions. I'm not sure it's better or worse, I uploaded just in case. 
I think we can do better. Maybe replay the criteria a little, replace gold with yellow, made it in a flat design, render "K" letter as a tree with apples...

It would be great to do multi-sector reading, since if you read on 1 sector, the CPU usage is still high.
