Selectively enabling hideTopMenu and/or hideHassSidebar

I have a dashboard with hideTopMenu and hideHassSidebar set to true as I am using the dashboard on my wall tablet. So far so good.

However from time to time I accidentally tap on that dashboard using the HA app on my iPhone or iPad. Then it is virtually impossible to get out of this dashboard and back to my normal dashboards as it will always reload without any menus and in the app there is no option to enter the ?sidebarOff parameter as I cannot access the URL in the app.

Therefore my thought was to set both parameters to false and just on my wall tablet when I call the Url via fully Kiosk Browser to give it a URL parameter to enable both options just on that device. However I tried everything like ? hideTopMenu=true or also ?sidebarOn. Both do not work.

Is there any way to achieve that?
