Popup cards broken by HA 2023.4 changes

I noticed my popup cards stopped working recently, I assume due to the frontend changes in the 2023.4.x version of HA. It broke several other frontend components I have installed as well. I haven't investigate too much (javascript console etc) but I was wondering if anyone else is having this issue with any of the popup cards as well.

What do you mean? I have the issue that browser_mod.popup will not open anymore inside.
