[UX Design] Improve Hamilton Runs Page

The Hamilton Runs page shows the overall summary of:

1. what was run
2. success/failure status
3. runs by time
4. some total summary duration
5. ability to filter by time
6. ability to filter by tags & status
7. some roll up by dag name

It would be nice to think how this could be improved:

1. adding/viewing tags for an execution
2. deleting runs
3. could we surface aggregate stats/view over a specific "node" across executions?
