Update to new domain to continue using the API

I have been hosting this API on a Heroku free Dyno for the past 3 years. Unfortunately, Heroku has recently decided to stop support for their free Dynos, which means, the old domain meme-api.herokuapp.com has stopped working.

I have come to realize that a lot of people depend on this API for their apps and I have decided to continue to hosting it outside of Heroku.

Please update your apps to the new domain meme-api.com to continue using the API.
